1. MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET. WHAT'S UP?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more about the status of your order. Make sure to include your order number in your email. Also, be aware that if there are items on backorder, your order will be held until it can be shipped in its entirety.
2. WHY DID I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA MONEY WHEN MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER ARRIVED?
Some countries outside the United States charge additional fees for customs or "Value Added Taxes." These fees will be your responsibility upon receipt of the package. We cannot predict in advance whether or not a particular country will choose to access customs frees, nor how high those fees might be. If your country decides to add fees before delivering the package to you, and you refuse the package because you are unwilling or unable to pay the additional fees assessed by your country, we will not be able to issue a refund of your purchase and the package will be abandoned in the customs department of your country.
If you are concerned about the possibility of paying high customs fees, we suggest that you choose the USPS shipping method over the UPS method, which seems to be less likely to be charged additional fees (although not always).
