THE BUST BOOBTIQUE FAQ
(or, Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About The BUST Boobtique But Were Afraid to Ask)

 

1. MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED YET. WHAT'S UP?

Email us at orders@bust.com to find out more about the status of your order. Make sure to include your order number in your email. Also, be aware that if there are items on backorder, your order will be held until it can be shipped in it's entirety.

2. HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE SOMETHING I'VE BOUGHT?

To return merchandise, send your products along with a copy of the packing slip and instructions regarding the return (refund or exchange) to:

3. CAN I ORDER WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD?

Yup, you can. Just visit The Boobtique and add things to your cart. When you're done, click on the "Check Out" button, and click on "Place Order Without an Account." On the next screen, complete all required fields (You can leave the "Bill To" fields blank). Click on "Continue" at the bottom of that screen. On the next screen, choose a shipping option, and click "Continue." This is your order form. Print it out, then include a check, cash or money order in the appropriate amount and mail it to:

Boobtique orders can also be faxed to 212 924 5492. Be sure to include your credit card information and billing address.

4. WHY DID I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA MONEY WHEN MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER ARRIVED?

Some countries outside the United States charge additional fees for customs or "Value Added Taxes." These fees will be your responsibility upon receipt of the package. We cannot predict in advance whether or not a particular country will choose to access customs frees, nor how high those fees might be. If your country decides to add fees before delivering the package to you, and you refuse the package because you are unwilling or unable to pay the additional fees assessed by your country, we will not be able to issue a refund of your purchase and the package will be abandoned in the customs deparment of your country.

If you are concerned about the possibility of paying high customs fees, we suggest that you choose the USPS shipping method over the UPS method, which seems to be less likely to be charged additional fees (although not always).
